Police dogs check into Braintree hotel for training
The closed Sheraton Braintree Hotel across from the South Shore Plaza opened its doors on May 20 to roughly 50 police dogs and their handlers for required training that takes place twice a month. Officers impersonated suspects as the dogs searched for them in hallways and rooms. The dogs also set out to find drugs hidden under items like sofas.
