Training can curb dog’s embarrassing habit

Q: My 5-1/2-year-old neutered Boston terrier humps my 10-pound chihuahua. He also humps other dogs at the park. It's so embarrassing. How can we stop this? (For some reason, when he's on a leash, my dog doesn't do this.)
